Vianney Hennes

Since February 2007, in Brussels, Mr Hennes is the Director of the Representation to the European institutions, Director European Public Affairs

From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Hennes was in charge of European and International Regulation at France Telecom.

From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Hennes was Senior Vice-President in charge of the international strategy at France Telecom

From 2002 to 2003, Mr. Hennes contributed to the development of Global Products and Services of Orange, the mobile unit of France Telecom.

From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Hennes was involved in the management of different mobile and fixed activities in Switzerland, in the UK and in Germany

As Director of France Telecom’s Brussels Office from 1993 to 1997, Mr. Hennes represented the enterprise with European Union institutions.

From 1990 to 1998 he was responsible for Europe within France Telecom’s International Affairs unit. He contributed to business development strategies for the group in Western and Eastern Europe.

Vianney Hennes was the Director of the France Telecom’s representation office in Germany (1987-1990).

He began his career as department head with France Telecom’s Nanterre operational unit (1984-1987).

Mr. Hennes is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique (1982) and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications (1984).

Vianney Hennes, 53, is married and has two children.
