René Dönni

René Dönni Kuoni currently holds the position of the deputy head of telecommunications regulation in the Swiss Federal Office for Communications (OFCOM Switzerland). He joined office in 1995 and was involved in preparing the telecommunications market opening in Switzerland as of 1.1.1998. Between 1997 and 2002, he was project manager for tenders of mobile licenses and head of Mobile and Satellite communications within OFCOM his organization. Since 2002, he is the leader of economics and statistics in OFCOM Switzerland and deals with market access issues and economic analyses, both nationally and in an international context. René Dönni Kuoni holds academic degrees in Economics as well as in Electrical Engineering.
