Co-founder, La Quadrature du Net
Félix is PhD candidate in political science at the School for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences (EHESS) in Paris, researching on the consequences of the Internet for free speech and citizen empowerement in democratic regimes. He is also a founding member of La Quadrature du Net, an advocacy group promoting freedom of communication on the Internet. He holds a Master of Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and a Master in Communications Law from Paris-II Panthéon-Assas University. In 2010, he interned as a research assistant at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University.
