Christina Kelaidi

Director General of Regulatory Affairs

Christina Kelaidi is working for OTE since 1999, involved from the beginning on regulatory issues from different posts. Since July 2009 she holds the position of Director of Strategic Analysis and Regulatory Affairs Department. Main expertise is regulatory treatment of new technologies (NGN, IPTV, VoIP, etc.) and services. In the past she has followed closely also numbering, naming and addressing issues as chairperson of the ETNO NANI WG for more than 5 years. She has presented at many conferences and events and in particularly since 2009 mainly on NGA regulatory issues.

Before joining OTE she worked as a Consultant with a Greek consulting company (Logotech) and as a Research Engineer in NCSR Demokritos, Athens, Greece and France Telecom, Grenoble, France. During her research activities she has published articles in International Journals and Conferences. She is a PhD (1990-1994) and MSc (1989 – 1990) graduate from Dept. of Electronics Engineering, University of Glasgow, Scotland and BEng graduate in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from University of Patras, Greece
